They are offering a totally free-from-August-18-through-August-23 Mortal Kombat X event for all players to participate in. The catch? You must complete the game without ever performing a Fatal Fatality.
Mortal Kombat X will be releasing September 3rd for PC! Can you believe it? That’s right, Mortal Kombat X will be free to play during the month of August, from August 18th to August 23rd! Now that’s a pretty long time to be able to play one of the best fighting games ever made.
The Mortal Shell: The Virtuous Cycle Free from August 18-23 is an event hosted by the Gamers Challenge that has 100% unique stories with 100% of them being completely free from anything else that may be happening in the gaming community as well.
From August 18 to 23, players may get a 100 percent discount on Cold Symmetry and Playstack Games’ Mortal Shell: The Virtuous Cycle DLC.
A new roguelike mode, a new playable shell, and a new morphing axe-katana weapon are all included in this completely featured addition. The PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC will all get the update (via Steam, Epic Games Store, and GOG.com).

According to Kiron Ramdewar, Head of PC and Console at Playstack, the publisher of Mortal Shell:

After the offer ends, the DLC will revert to its regular price of $7.99.
