There are many great games on the Windows Store. Some of them are free and some of them cost a few dollars. But what happens when you buy a game that doesn’t work, and the support isn’t there to help you? Today, we will be reviewing Go To IT, a game that is broken, and the support team does not care.
One of the most important things that a game developer needs to do is to provide good support for their game. This is one of the things that will make or break a game. A game that is well supported will get frequent updates to fix bugs or add new content, while a game without support will have bugs that will never get fixed and fans that will get frustrated they can’t get help from the developer.
“Go To IT” is a game about a man named Go To who has escaped his planet via spaceship to get away from his wife. The game starts off with Go To landing on a strange island. During your travels, you will collect items for your spaceship, and enemies will attack you. The game is a puzzle platformer similar to “I wanna be the Guy”. However, the game is no longer supported by the developer, “The Bizarro Jerry”. He created the game to be a parody of games that are poorly made. The game is broken and has no support; it is impossible to beat the game, and there is no way to contact the developer. There is a forum post on the game’s website about the game being. Read more about customer support game and let us know what you think. In recent years, I’ve seen too many games appear on Steam that, quite frankly, should not have appeared on the platform due to bugs and, in some cases, clear signs that the game will not be finished, with no indication that the developers or publisher care about the wretched state of the game.
Is Go To IT worth its weight in gold?
The short answer is no, if you buy the game for the first time and download the menu, congratulate yourself, you are more advanced than some, many of whom can’t even play the game from the beginning. If you’re one of the lucky ones who’ve been able to play the game, you’ll immediately notice a lot of small problems, from text running off the screen and not fitting on it to buttons that don’t work. But don’t be intimidated, they won’t be a problem anymore. You’re soon greeted by a big white screen suggesting you contact support, but of course with no real contact information, and even if you get their email, they won’t respond. Deleting the game, moving the hard drive, even changing computers does not solve the problem, once you see a blank screen, the game is over.
Could this be a single fault?
At first I thought it was a one-off problem, but we bought 3 more copies of the game, and each one turned out to be unplayable, the only difference being how long the game took to reach that unplayable state. We received the first copy as an invitation to review the game, and since it was a review, I was shocked that two attempts to contact the team were ignored, leading us to believe that not only did the game not work, but that the team behind it apparently didn’t care either. Looking at other reviews on Steam and online, I saw that other people with similar problems also tried to contact the team and were also ignored.
Go to IT is a game I really enjoyed, it has such a unique idea, but unfortunately I can’t endorse a game that is clearly broken and even after 3 years of Early Access development couldn’t even get into the menu on multiple copies. As long as there is no major change at Go To IT, I recommend not only avoiding Go To IT, but also saving your money. If the team behind this project had played with their own product, they might know how to run a development company worthy of recommendation.

2.7 1.3375 5 Review of Unboxed ReviewsGo To IT is a new MMO that has been getting a lot of buzz lately due to its unique premise; the game makes you play as a real life IT person, and you have to fix problems as you go along. Pretty much every major publication has given it a glowing review with a score over 90%, but one of our writers got a hold of a copy and found that the game is totally broken and the developers are refusing to refund the many thousands of dollars he sunk into the game.
